  • Grassfed tallow rendered from grassfed beef suet

  • Tallow is a versatile substance with numerous applications. Here are the main uses for tallow:

    1. Skincare

Tallow is rich in nutrients and fatty acids, making it an excellent moisturizer for skin. Its emollient properties help to hydrate and replenish dry skin, soothe irritation, and improve skin elasticity.

    2. Soap Making

Tallow is used as a base in traditional soap making. It contributes to a hard, long-lasting bar of soap with a stable lather, making it a popular choice among artisan soap makers.

    3. Cooking

When rendered properly, tallow is safe for cooking at high temperatures. It can be used for frying and baking, adding a unique flavor to dishes. It is rich in saturated fats and has a high smoke point.

    4. Candles

Tallow can be blended with other waxes to produce candles. Its natural properties allow for a longer burn time, and it can provide a clean, subtle scent when scented oils are added.
