Our tallow is wet rendered from grassfed beef suet we aquire from regenerative farms in our local area in Pennsylvania. We finish the process with a final dry render to ensure no water is remaining in the final product.

Our grassfed tallow is shipped without cold packs. This means it may arrive melted or slightly soft and may leak slightly especially during warmer months of the year.
Place in the fridge once it arrives.
