Date and Pumpkin Seed Protein Balls

These date and pumpkin seed date balls are the perfect nourishing snack for kids and adults! Our family loves eating them with a cold glass of raw milk. They taste like pancakes!

Dates and pumpkin seeds are a powerhouse duo packed with nourishing benefits for both skin and health. Dates are naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, including potassium and magnesium, which help maintain hydration and promote healthy skin by enhancing elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines. Their high fiber content also aids digestion, ensuring your body can absorb all those nutrients effectively. On the other hand, pumpkin seeds are a fantastic source of antioxidants, healthy fats, and essential minerals like zinc, which supports skin repair and boosts collagen production. When adding in grassfed butter you get a perfect nourishing snack filled with protein, carbs, and fat (macros)!
