Date Sweetened Coffee Creamer Recipe

If you're looking for a natural and delicious way to sweeten your coffee, this date sweetened coffee creamer is a perfect choice. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it adds a rich, creamy texture and a subtle caramel-like sweetness to your morning cup. Plus, it's easy to make and free from refined sugars!

Ingredients:

  • 12 dates, pitted

  • 2 cups half and half or whole milk

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey for added sweetness and deliciousness (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Dates
Place the pitted dates in a small bowl and cover them with hot water. Let them soak for about 10 minutes to soften.

  2. Blend the Dates and Half and Half
Drain the dates and add them to a blender. Pour in the half and half and blend on high until smooth and creamy. This may take about 1-2 minutes depending on your blender. Strain mixture through a seive or cheesecloth to remove any pieces of the dates.

  3. Add Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
If you like, add 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, and blend just to combine. This step is optional but adds a lovely depth of flavor and sweetness.

  4. Store the Creamer
Pour your date sweetened creamer into a clean glass jar or bottle. Seal tightly and refrigerate. It will keep well up to 1 week.

How to Use:

Shake well before each use and add desired amount to your coffee or tea. Stir and enjoy a naturally sweetened, creamy cup every time!

This creamer is a fantastic alternative to store-bought options packed with refined sugar or artificial flavors. Plus, it’s handcrafted and all natural—just like you want your coffee ritual to be. Give it a try and taste the wholesome difference!
