Ingredients:

  • 6-8 large carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 3-4 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the carrots: Place the peeled and chopped carrots in a large pot. Cover them with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the carrots are very tender, about 20-25 minutes.
